You can send back any product at any time (even if you have had it for a long time) for a credit, it doesn’t work for either of us if you have stock sitting around that is not turning over quickly.

I aim to get all New Zealand orders out within a week, although I can’t always guarantee that. The main busy time is in Spring (October/November/December) and it can take several weeks then. Let me know if an order is urgent and I can always put it at the front of the queue.
International orders are usually received within 2-3 weeks.

I will fix all faulty products for free with no questions asked (it is very rare I am glad to say). I can usually fix any damaged things too, often for free if it isn’t too much work.

I supply small numbets of missing spirals etc for free, just let me know what you need.

Sterling Silver is made up of 92.5% Pure (Fine) Silver and 7.5% Copper which hardens it enough to be more durable. A ring made of Pure Silver would bend very easily with everyday use.

The short answer is yes. It seems to vary a lot with different people, with some people it will stay quite shiny and with others it can go very dull and I have never quite worked out why.

I am not exactly sure what the composition of the metal is as the suppliers won’t tell me but it is an alloy with a plating of Copper or Brass and a final coat of Laquer to protect it.

The easiest way to clean silver is to get a silver polishing cloth (you can get them from the supermarket) which is impregnated with a cleaning compound.
Copper cleans up amazingly well with some Brasso or Silvo on a cloth (again you can get it from the supermarket).
